  • If you are accompanied by domestic workers or non-Qatari companions, the sponsor must inquire in advance about the visa requirements and procedures related to them.

  • In case any issue occurs during travel, God forbid, you must inform the nearest Embassy or Consulate of the State of Qatar and notify the responsible authorities of the details of the issue.
  • Do not allow security authorities in the host country to search your residence without an official search warrant issued by the competent authority.
  • If you are questioned or investigated in any matter, the mission must be informed immediately.
  • Verify the official identity of anyone requesting to see your personal

    identification.

  • Keep the contact numbers of the Qatari Embassy in the host country for use when needed.

  • Keep a record of your passport and ID card numbers to refer to in case they are lost while traveling.
