The first Consulate of the State of Qatar was established in1979 in the United Arab Emirates. It is a diplomatic mission representing the State of Qatar in the Emirate of Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
The Consulate provides consular services to Qatari citizens  and  residents  in  the  UAE  and contributes to strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
